Inkwell and Nutritionist Kim Adams have teamed up to offer you the perfect lunch to feed your mind. Join Kim as she talks about the links between what we eat and our mental health. In this 90 minute session Kim will talk about how stress affects our appetite and digestion and share her tips on the best foods to support good mental health. Then you can carry on the conversation over a delicious buffet lunch provided by Inkwell Café. The menu has been designed to make sure you are getting plenty of ‘brain food’ and the relaxed, social atmosphere is perfect for aiding digestion!
As part of Mental Health Awareness Week we are offering all of the above for the absolute bargain price of £5 per ticket. A selection of barista coffees, speciality teas, and soft drinks will be available from Inkwell’s cafe bar throughout the day.
