CHAPEL ALLERTON VILLAGE FOLK ROOTS FRINGE
After last year’s success the Chapel Allerton Village Folk Roots Fringe is to return this year. It is again being programmed by Alan Gibson, the person behind the popular Acoustic Nights @ The Barn and the unique Chapel A House Concerts. The Folk Roots Fringe will run from Thursday 30th August to Sat 1st September. Top of the Bill will be the “dynamic and bracingly eccentric” Duke Special at Seven Arts on Friday 31st. And the ‘just stunning music’ of Yvonne Lyon at the Inkwell on Sat 1st. Also featuring the regular Mustard Pot Pub concert on Thursday 30th and the community Village Café Run on the Sat 1st afternoon 1-3pm.
